YES!  The rate we quote you is the rate we bill you. No surprises at any time.  We want to keep your business, not make a quick buck and over charge once we have you!

First off, we do not have course outlines.  You contact us about a course and, at no charge, discuss with you what you want covered, and how long do you want the class to run.  We then build a course outline - which you approve, and then give you the best training experience possible

This depends on the contract you have with us.  However, we will never leave you stranded.  We will do our best to help you with a quick fix, or arrange service as soon as we can.
